Once your return gets to our warehouse, we’ll process it within 7-10 business days for refunds. If you're going with store credit, your E-Gift Card is sent instantly once the carrier scans your return. If you have not received your gift card or refund within 14 Business Days from the date you mailed your return item(s) back for your return to be processed, contact us here.
